• 2 tbsp CannaOil
  • 3 medium chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/4 cup CannaMilk
  • 1 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp parsley for garnish


  1. Season chicken generously on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp CannaOil. Then add chicken and cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes per side.

  3. Remove chicken from pan and add the remaining CannaOil. After that add garlic, thyme, and rosemary and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.

  4. Finally, add CannaMilk, parmesan and lemon zest and whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to the skillet and let simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly, 2-3 minutes. Baste the chicken with the sauce, garnish with parsley and serve.
