What You’ll Need;
16 ounces Filo Dough
1 1/2 pounds Walnuts, Chopped
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 ounce Cannabis, Powdered
1 1/2 cup Water
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Honey
3 sticks Butter
Take 2 tbsp of cannabutter and set it aside. Grease 10×15 inch baking dish with the remaining butter. Take about ten layers of filo dough and lay it down, coating each of the layers with a good amount of butter. After you’re finished with this, you should have about 1/3 of the butter left. Be sure not to grease the sides of the pan, as the dough won’t fit and you will have to cut the excess off. Mix together a cup of sugar and the walnuts. Pour the mix in to the pan evenly. Cut up five more sheets of dough that are just slightly bigger than the pan and repeat the same steps, greasing the filo dough and laying it down. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees and bake the pan for about 50 minutes. While it is baking, mix the leftover sugar with spices, vanilla, water, and lemon. Cook these ingredients in a saucepan until it takes on a syrupy texture. Add in the honey and heat for about another minute. Once the baklava finishes cooking, cut it in to 2×2 inch squares and pour the honey-lemon sauce over the squares. Let the pan sit for about 48 hours so that the honey permeates all parts of the pastry. Then, they’re ready for you to enjoy! Yum!
