INGREDIENTS
  • – ¼ Cup sugar, vinegar, ketchup and water
  • – ½ Cup pineapple juice
  • – 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • – 1 tsp paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt
  • – 2 ea bell peppers, red onion, carrots, cut
  • – 3 chicken breast, fried or grilled
  • – 3 Tbsp Butter, optional yet highly recommended
DIRECTIONS
  • Add the oil, sugar, and vinegar to a small saucepan set on low heat stirring until sugar dissolves in vinegar, then add the pineapple juice. Add the spices, followed by the ketchup & water. Turn up the heat to medium high and stir frequently boil for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp water to cornstarch to create a slurry and add to sauce. Use a whisk to make sure no clumps form. Toss in the bell peppers. Keep on low heat stirring occasionally and add fully cooked chicken chunks. Bite size is the right size.
