Coconut oil is healthy and can be used in place of other oils (such as olive, nut, etc) in most dishes.
INGREDIENTS
  • – 8 oz coconut oil
  • – 8 g kief (or 16g shake)
DIRECTIONS
  • Use a Crock Pot or use a stove top with a covered pot. Put all ingredients in pot and cook on medium heat for 1 hour up to 3 hours, never to exceed 260 degrees. Allow to cook for 3-5 hours and strain. Chill oil solution in your fridge overnight and allow to separate.
